Pearson, coauthor of the Pearson-Marr Archetype instrument (with Hugh Marr), is an internationally recognized scholar and well-known author of numerous books, including the bestselling The Hero Within and Awakening the Heroes Within, which provided the 12 archetype theory that is the foundation of the PMAI archetype assessment.
Carol is an author, speaker, workshop leader, and thinking partner with organizations and leaders in private practice. Previously, she was Executive Vice President and Provost and President of Pacfica Graduate institute in Santa Barbara, CA.
